Great people who take care of their employees and take safety seriously. Hard rewarding work.

Cons

The only con at all for me is corporate may be downsizing my department. They can afford to take great care of their employees by being frugal in other areas.

Nice group of people to work with.

Cons

Management does not seem to know how to treat employees. offering employees free food does not solve the revolving issue that grading employees by statistical numbers that are vague and not really precise to test for quality of work. Supervisors have no idea about the product and when speaking to client 9 out of 10 times they are blowing smoke up the clients rectum and expect us to do the same.
