Great company to develop people, skills, processes and team work. Very friendly welcoming culture with managers that care. Great compensation and benefits as well as very nice office work environment.

Cons

Corporate downsizing, consolidating and outsourcing impacted many jobs in search of lower cost operators. Typical cost saving strategies...Too many changes with GM role.. impact senior leadership team which struggles with strategy implementation and execution gaps impact rank and file associates..
