Full of BS, Politics - highly non-technical "technical" leaders

Only pro I can think of is a good work-life balance - most folks dont show up to work until 10AM or later and most folks leave at 4.30PM.

Cons

There is no value for technical folks. Use of worst practices especially when it comes to product design.
