good benefits, 401 k , bonus payout based on company earnings and performance review,

Cons

management is aweful. opportunities for transfer within are not granted unless you do so within a 12-18 period after hire. Most of the time you are just a body filling a need somewhere. If you are a complainer or a whiner, you can go just about anywhere in the company. Those who do a good job with no complaints, have no opportunities.
