Higher salary than most companies offer out there. Flight, hotel, and food stipend is paid for with corporate card. Gain a lot of experience.

Cons

More travel than advertised. If you have small children or want to start a family soon, this would not be a good job for you. Only home on weekends and very few weeks working from home, unless it's a slow quarter.
