Pros

The company cares for its people. They offer good time off benefits and try hard to create a positive work/life balance.

Cons

The health plan is not very good. It is a high deductible plan and can be very expensive, if you have chronic conditions. If you are in good health and seldom use doctors, the plan has and HSA that can grow from year to year.

Get to experience projects and associate with engineers. And that's about it. Unless you're an engineer.

Cons

Everyones against the new people and test your patience and quick to blame you for everything. If contracted your not guaranteed to move up and stuck with the same pay! You're better off working else were! Trust me I've submitted my two week notice!

Very nice community and atmosphere. Everyone is very helpful and friendly when you are just hired on and helps when you have questions.

Cons

There is a lot of unused space and equipment that could be put to use to optimize product manufacturing and quality
