Good Place to learn. Peers are generally quite ok....

Cons

Too many SOP. Departments are just trying to push things to one another. Top management do not bother as long some one does it. Pay is ok only.... Not a place to stay as you will seriously pick up all these bad habits.

Core values make you believe they care about individuals and doing what's best for humanity and not just dollars.

Cons

They don't actually believe in the the core values they advertise. Outsource IT and where does it stop from there? Rich Pierle (CIO) is there for outsourcing and won't be the person that makes us better employees.
