      Change is coming. Massive Savings Need To Be Made

      Pros

      Good salary package with high quality products within some of the divisions.

      Cons

      Restructure is coming. The field sales teams will be shrunk and better aligned together. Products in the carefusion portfolio which do not fit in to the new BD model will be gotten rid of. Office buildings will be closed and administrative staff made redundant.

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance is nice, and the co-workers are good people.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, especially in IT. You have people managing, who are not suited for this, rather became managers based on their relationships with a higher up and how much brown nosing they do.
