      I can't find any after suffer 1 year

      Cons

      Basically no management because manager don't manage employee and all work like individual contributor. Instructed employee self carry back few thousand batteries from hypermarket and insist employee use own credit card to purchase above 10k material online for production use.telling employee is an advantage to earn credit card point as company will reimburse the payment after 14 working days. Email to headquarter but being ignored and just close case silently.

      Pros

      It is hard to think of a pro when your company was bought and you know your end date is imminent. I had a mentor who took me under their wing and I was able to expand and grow within the company that way.

      Cons

      With the merger, we are now expected to work longer hours, take on more responsibilities, all with no incentives. Promotions are being denied. My growth within the company had nothing to do with my management, they were disengaged and helpless, but with my luck in gaining a mentor right away.
