      Doing lots in the world of healthcare.

      Due to BD being a global company they have lots of satellite divisions so can only comment on my experience of FS operations…. which were not very good … I should have read the signs from a very lazy impassive interview process. Quick chat on the phone followed by very lazy autonomous online quiz’s and tests. Then travel miles to interviews. The job was regional based but you are expected to work the whole country, long periods of standby. No real support, such as HR, Payroll and IT are mainly based out of the UK and can be frustratingly slow. IT problems will cause you to loose marks on your KPI’s ! Very good engineers came and went during my time there, why… go figure… Disparity of wages across the engineers,

      Terrible, almost evil upper plant leadership

      Good pay for the area. GREAT benefits.

      Where do I start? They feel like they can treat you like absolute garbage but throw money at you to keep you around. They did an internal hiring freeze because no one wants to work there anymore... spitting in the face of the loyal workers that WERE left. Now none are. You can literally get in trouble for using too big of words because upper management doesn't know what a dictionary is. They blatantly lie too and ignore the workers. Instead of just taking care of their employees so they will care about their work they spend thousands on cost savings initiatives. All while spitting on their employees. If someone doesn't like you they can end your career advancements.

      Political environment without accountability or subject matter expertise. Very little transparency or real leadership in the culture.
