Depending on which division you're in, the work culture can be good or bad.

I've worked in different divisions and departments with each of their own little ecosystems in how they work together as a whole. In one divsion, the work culture can be good, and you have a lot of people you can get help from. And the work/life balance can be decent depending on which department you're in.

Cons

On the other hand, I've been in a different division with a similar position, but the work culture is absolutely stressful and with no work/life balance. And becausse of how their own ecosystem is structured differently, you don't have as much access to help as you may need. Oh, and management will work you like a horse for their own bonuses.

Its just an all around good company to work for with good pay and benefits with a good company culture.

Cons
