      Over worked and under appreciated

      Pros

      Shift pattern (4 on, 4 off). Health benefits.

      Cons

      Eng Technicians are treated terribly. Overworked, understaffed & unappreciated in Tech dept. Very poor remuneration. Revolving door situation amongst Eng Techs & the HR dept isn’t concerned in the slightest! I wonder if corporate is aware?

      Pros

      Only if you are a fresh graduate looking for experience. It's an opportunity to learn the job before moving on with you career.

      Cons

      When they see you are a hard worker, they will overwhelm you with responsibilities. When I refused to keep doing the extra work without the promised rais , I was told by a manager : "too bad, some people only want money out of their jobs". The HR department is incompetent. Turnover is really high. No communication between management and the staff. The salaries are amongst the lowest in the market.
