Have a complete integration program that help to get to the most important points in the company and duties. feeling that you're a part of the team from the very beginning and complete integration in the team and tasks.

Sincerely I have seek deep and deeper to find something wrong. I don't like to have to take 1 full "complete" hour for lunch time, sometimes you have lunch in half of the time and yo have to go back to work, an this time is not take into account as worked time.
