Pros

They offer good benefits, health insurance could be better but they do offer HSA which is very good. They offer option for continued education. Even when working remotely there was always a great support from my peers. The pay was fair.

Cons

They started moving a lot of their support overseas, 90% of IT support was overseas and not very good quality.
