Good onboarding process, flexible work hours, delicious and affordable food at the cafeteria, access to a gym, a great work culture, and friendly, helpful team members. The company also offers comprehensive health benefits and hosts many events, such as Summer Fest, Ice Cream Days, and Smoothie Days.

Cons

It can get quite busy at times, but it is not unmanageable. The commute is a bit long from home (but great for those living in or near Mississauga).
