The work environment was really friendly both co-workers and customers were nice and easy to get along with. I also appreciated the flexible hours, which made it easy to balance work with other commitments.

Cons

Management changed quite often, which sometimes affected work balance and the way systems were run. It could take time to adjust to new expectations or routines
