      Pros

      Not really anything unless you like be managed by entry level management senior team. They dont know how to retail or trade or generally deal with anyone with respect. Closed eyes leadership from an area and regional level. Hard work not recognized.

      Cons

      Lost all there decent exprienced management now Lowest paid of all retail managers. No career path, no development as a store manager you probably know more then senior management anyway. Poor communication between levels No consistancy behind anything 1 minute talking about one thing then next day something else considering. Very poor

      Pros

      Nice staff I work with, manager was nice until he moved to another store now it’s a horrible manager.

      Cons

      I’ve had no help from this company, I’ve contacted head office which has been no help and HR don’t even answer me . Wouldn’t recommend working here at all.
