No breaks on a Saturday (although you work all day) Lack of work from the Manager (sorry none at all) constantly blamed for something you havnt done because you havnt been shown how to , no communication no people skills breaching working conditions ie: Tea breaks the list goes on and on

I was a security guard at B&M speke . There is no pleasing management And I would tell anyone who is looking at going into security to stay way From these rejects of life's they are a bunch of complete oxygen thief's There is on thing I noticed while I was working there . * health & safety was non existent * they always wanna blame someone if something goes wrong * bad management * security was really badly equipt * no renfence checks * doing to much for so little And they will sack you for getting over your first year .
