Good Pay at various job Levels, Take care of visa they dont give you stress , HR listens and provide opportunities as possible they can, at some outlet salary, service charge, pay is good , provide communication and other training as per employee level, company is professional they assess performance and give feedback, provide behavioural management for difficult residents rather then straight fire and punishment. but it does not mean they dont fire stealing is not compromised or some other factor if person had been given a lot of chances
Cons
Every Company has Pros and cons, sometimes people awaits a long for promotion some get fast. well, it depend on person behaviour, if you are smart keep developing your soft skills, English and be consistence with your behaviour then success is yours
