Just about everything... - Worst HR leadership in the UK ever experienced in the consultancy world - Complete lack of understanding that consultancy is a people business, not a numbers game - State their values/benefits are there to help you but you have no opportunities to use them due to ridiculous chargeability targets - No empathy for personal situations such as all of the terminations (disguised redundancies because they didn't want to use the term "redundancy") straight after people's absences for various reasons - Quite often border on the line of what are they allowed to do in terms of employment law and that often stems from the HR leadership again mainly bullying people - HR UKI employees left the team to go to different Advisory and Global teams to avoid the UKI Director as they were that poor a leader - Often see them acquire organisations as they can't organically grow due to such poor engagement, brand reputation and sales ability - basically live off Microsoft and Accenture leads. - When acquiring businesses, have no ability to integrate them smoothly and coherently which has lead to HUGE losses of people in some instances where Global leadership had to be involved due to the absolute car crash strategy that the UK leadership took to the most recent BizApps acquisition - The business talk about diversity and inclusion which is great but fundamentally what they only care about is gender balance. If you are female, you are in luck and you can thrive however, as a male, things are often not as simple for them as the business has to meet strict targets for female hires and leadership and often positive discrimination comes in. I could go on and on but I think I'll leave it here.
