Passionate for cars and providing great customer service with the majority of customers who love the Audi product .Also working in a nice environment .

Cons

Working Saturdays and sometimes dealing with difficult customers and not being able to attend my children's sports exercises is also a negative part of the job.

No cold calling. Fun co-workers. For the most part a solid place to work. Slow months and good months same with any sales job

Cons

Long hours. Commission pay. I almost wish we were just paid on the cars we sold instead of the draw structure but oh well.
