      Pros

      A nice place to work. Good salary depending on the tech stack, and the employment regime. When the client wants to hire you after 1+ year as a consultant, you have the option to stay as a consultant, which could be a better option depending on the client's offer.

      Cons

      Some tech stacks might be difficult to relocate to a new project.

      They really care about how their consultants are feeling while working in the client's environment. If you show signs of stress or tiredness they will try to get you better conditions or change you to another client that better suits your needs.

      Benefits package could be better, is basically health insurance and meal allowance
