Good relationship with my colleagues. Lunch tickets were the only benefit

Very low salary. No chance for a career improvement. No pay for overtime work.

Good stability and flexibility, nice people, good trainings with high level certification both in management that in technical profiles.

Cons

Low salary, bad internal support, no carrier plans, no orientation for work to targets, no bonus.
