      Ok to start with

      Pros

      - If you´re coming from abroad, they help you a lot with immigration - A lot of nice people around who are willing to help you - Some of the projects are fun/nice

      Cons

      - As with any consultancy, your job is gonna depend on the client you are working with - Lack of transparency regarding salaries and payment - For me, because of the lack of transparency, when I´m negotiating anything with Aubay directly it feels always a bit like they´re using something I don´t know about to profit on me a bit more - It seems to me that the business is to bring people from other countries and have them for 1-2 years max and profit heavily on them until they learn more about how things work and leave the company to go work for a client directly or another company with better pay/benefits(easy to find once you´re here).

      Good company but they don't help with the taxes management or legal processes

      Pros

      Give language lessons for free / Portuguese / English / French / German No micromanagement You can talk with your manager any time you need , they are very friendly They make activities to meet other employees They give 50 euros on your birthday If you ask they provide with an extra monitor or other accessory you need.

      Cons

      An average low salary around 1500 / 1900 euros per month. / an apartment rent in Lisbon is about 1300 euros. The computer is very bad, heavy, big and at least mine was from time to time failing the camera or microphone. They say they help with the legal process, they do the minimum, you will need to learn to pay your own taxes on the correct deadlines and introduce your tax declaration, and don´t forget about the NHR and the official address to change it to Portugal, it will say the country to came from an Aubay does not change it.
