Awards and top positions are reserved for a chosen few, leaving talent overlooked. Decision-making is opaque, with little transparency or accountability. Employee feedback is ignored, leading to widespread frustration and low morale. Internal communication is poor, causing confusion and misinformation. High-performing employees are often undervalued, while underperformers are protected. Opportunities for growth and development are limited and unevenly distributed.
