Low Bonus Plan, not much salary increase

Lack of variety of projects, since the Atos > Eviden split and the re-merger. Expected to 100% on a project, as well as complete an extensive amount of training, with an expectation of some external training (if your lucky), you are then penalised for not being 100% assigned to your project. Expected to the sell the business to try and win bids, even at lower grade, who do not get exposure to the bid process. AI has become new buzz word, as they want to push AI development but they mainly attract contract that will no allow the use of AI to due the nature of their business.
