      Deal bonus never payed for no good or legal reasons. Management conveniently decides not paying the deal bonus despite this being a breach of employment contract and legislation

      Pros

      - super atmosphere - recent technologies (docker, kubernetes, ansible, ...) - nice organization methods on my main project I worked for (agile) - I was brought to a conference on the Canary Island :)

      Cons

      - My main project didn't really make much sense (I was sceptical concerning the underlying business model) - My 2ndary project did not have enough money allowed to it, compared to the work to be done. Quite troublesome. - Not paid that well, compared to the average in this field
