Since the new merger and acquisition atos becomes a warehouse, too much people to handle, no more time for individualitty or either employee real competence's consideration.They try to send employee to the more clients they can without considering employee's willing or skills.

Training is sometimes non-existant and when it is delivered it's usually too late to put to good use. Not alot of support is in place. It's really your luck of how supportive your direct team is when you join. Don't even get me started on the salaries. Somehow they think they justify your pay by continuously "stretching you" in a "challenging" environment which generally means "we'll pay you the same rate for much more work"
