Too much work to do, for a customer that wants Atos to fail.

Great experience, and a good place to work if you have a good manager. A great place to work if you are a new hire. Plenty of room for advanceent.
Cons
Management allows customer expectations to become out of sync with what is being provided, and the customer facing employees must take the brunt of the customer's ire. The best technical staff are locked into low pay by policies blocking raises to competitive levels. Entry level staff are paid on a competitive rate, but as they advance to higher skilled positions, rules prevent raises that keep pay competitive. So an employee hired at the entry level will advance to a senior technical level, yet be paid 1/3rd the rate he can get if he will accept a position anywhere else. So people that are the core of the company leave for greener pastures. Their replacements get the pay that would have been needed to keep them happy. Better raises for the technical rising stars will keep them, and prevent needing to waste time bringing on replacements.
