      Pros

      It is a growing company and is increasing its presence in developing markets; You get exposure to various areas and can get responsibility very quickly which helps you in your long-term career progression.

      Cons

      The on-site assignments are usually short-term (one to three months) which can be a problem for some people; Some of the HR policies are inconsistent as HR tends to over-compensate new recruits and at times the salary of a subordinate who is a new recruit is higher than his/her supervisor.

      Cons

      Average salary, no salary increases for most people, very limited training, culture of lack of respect for people implemented by corporate management (camouflaged by wellbeing at work program) , regular restructuring and lay-offs implemented by programs such as Top, Lean, 3o3, undermining of authority of local management by corporate management by dictating global rules (hiring freeze, subco freeze, training freeze, spending freeze), insulting local management and by implementing complex matrix structures, very long delays in paying subcontractors,

      #1 European IT Company, great visibility due to Olympic.

      Cons

      Imploding due to Account Fertilization approach, no focus on new logo, no usage of Low cost delivery locations. Business units operate as silo's and compete with each other. Does not operate like one company. Entire organisation pulls back Sales Engine.
