      1. Good Seniors if you are lucky . 2. Flexi-Timings 3.

      Cons

      1 . No HR - Function exist , HR Representative and seniors are rude and unapproachable .They can not deliver any service on their own. For small query they will direct you to N' of people who pointless of there work . 2. Initiatives like Well Being At Work Is Useless As Senior Management behave like Human Being At Work " 3 . Senior Management has maintained their own camps of Fav People and their camps only given task to do politics and no performance. 4. No Communication .. Lot of Back Door Rumors !!

      The work enviornment is really cool. You won't feel much pressure. There is a chance to bring up your own ideas to make our job more easier.

      Salary is a concern when i compare it with other company which has same work/

      1. Good work life balance. 2. No pressure, flexible deadlnes. 3. Time is not much of a concern, just need to complete 8.45 hrs. in a day. 4. Food is almost free, transportation facility is provided at a minimal cost. 5. If you are a localite and a family man, this place is heaven.

      Cons

      1. Slow growth in terms of compensation. 2. NO ONSITE opportunity. You will only get one if you are minimum 5 yrs. old in the company and that too for very short time.
