      Good pay and work facilities but poor senior management

      Good pay, flexible working hours, good projects

      Cons

      Too many one sided policies which do not give employees any chance to express their opinion, grievance system exists but seems to be overruled by senior management, no effort to retain employees who leave dissatisfied, need some more mature senior staff

      If you are young and motivated and belongs to the right specialisme of that moment, it is a good company to start your career.

      Cons

      If you are elder or retired, you can better not have worked for Atos. Company is trying to give you less salary improvement then is fixed in a contract. Further there is a contract how the company should support the pensions but the company thinks that the contract must not be executed.
