      retail business structure, superb Financial MIS, training in service tax

      Cons

      barking vice president- legal & finance, 60% of salary distributed to 7 people, poor billing software, confused management, huge hike incentives to a marwari because owner was marwari, unneccesary stereotyping of accounts team as overconfident and under confident, unrequired promotion to incapable staff, huge salary budget of more than crore for business development team who mostly sleeps at home and is not aware of actual business target and outstanding amount.

      Can get experience on IT environment and 4 days work, 3 days off a week.

      Cons

      Managed and controlled by MS guys and some of them have not that good IT knowledge.

      A good place to learn the industy as a starter job

      Stagnant in salaries, poor career advancment, no opportunities for growth, benefits are not great (costly) and company continues to scale back - many employees have not had raises in years
