      Nice environment, opportunities around the world.

      Cons

      Latin America is one of the smaller regions, so sometimes the "global culture and Pros" aren't the same reality here.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Never had a problem taking time off or working from home. I also work with nice people.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of room for advancement. I have never been able to take outside training. Also, the benefits are not great. Company is doing well, but raises were minimal (1-3%).

      Pros

      The so called work flexibility.

      Cons

      Delays to bonus pay out is not announced. They leave you to guess whether there is even going to be one. Possible changes in HR policy effecting employees are not put up for discussion amongst those on the ground. Too much office politics.
