Benefits, PTO, ability to use the library to better and grow yourself, but unable to because the work/life balance is impossible.
Cons
*High turn around with new hires *Communication issues *No work life balance (AT ALL)-- you're a robot *Not a job where you can move up, it is a dead end. ***Your bathroom breaks are scheduled for twice a day for 15 minutes each (one in the am, one in the pm), you get set aside and told you are not performing or doing your job if you do take a "break" to use the restroom.*** Will not hire the amount of people needed to successfully meet the SLA *MICROMANAGED continuously, *a very very repetitive job, *you feel like a slave like you are almost trying to be molded to be a robot. *you have 24 seconds between each call and only allowed up to 2 minutes after each call [max] to edit create ticket and send the ticket out to its correct assigned group. *Short staffed constantly *I quote "We only hire people from the Philippines for the Technical Service Desk positions" *Don't try to ask to fix something to make better- they take a mental note and don't try to fix it
