Majorly understaffed (at my location) Supervisors contradict each other. Varying definitions of what going a good job is. Low pay for rigorous janitor work.

Lack of support from corporate office, too many budgetary constraints to perform work and retain quality employees, not enough communication or hands on management training. No upward movement or raises available in fixed contracts.
