Lied to at initial interview. I wanted 20 dollars an hr. and was offered 40,000 a year, at 19.23 an hour. Branch manager and HR both pawned their duties for hiring and billing on my shoulders. I took it with a grain of salt so I can learn the whole process of running a whole company. Area manager has 5 facilities near my home and I am still left to get unemployment, I'm supposed to wait for the next opportunity? I did everything expected and was commended by the client. Atalian does not care about it's workers or Managers. They sat on their hands to give answers. This is a 3.5 billion dollar industry and they cannot take care of their people. They let the Client pay their managers wages so if you are on contract and they quit the contract you are out of a job. What is even more hilarious is they hound you to hire 6-8 people a day but get upset when the client does not want to pay extra.
