      Pros

      Everyone was very helpful in making me feel comfortable and helping me get used to the new work environment. It also seems like most of the people are pretty happy to come in to work and there is a sense of pride for working for AstraZeneca. The company's growth and market share in China is also very strong.

      Cons

      It seems that there are some time of the year that are much more busy than others. Employees are often expected to stay and work much later hours without too much incentive to do so.

      Pros

      Great product pipeline. Good salary.

      Cons

      Burning through cash like you wouldn't believe. Is AZ even watching? They better hope some of the next products come through. Some orgs are ok; but stay away from Operations, specifically Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

      Pros

      Pay was good, and had good overall beefits such as health, vision and dental. Bonus werent bad , but sometimes hard to get a good one if companys sets your territory goal too high.

      Cons

      Territory goals set too high at times. Also mgmt really doesnt know whats going on in the field. Just expect you to do what they say and get results somehow.
