      Pros

      Nice atmosphere, relaxed atmosphere in my area.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to get people on-board with some projects. The relaxed atmosphere is nice, but it can feel a bit lethargic at times. A bit of an 'old boy' network in the top echelons with the older (mainly men) enjoying excellent salaries, with a bit of a difficult climb for talented younger people. Most of the really talented people move to other companies in order to get ahead.

      Pros

      Beautiful campus, super restaurant/cafe, outstandiing meeting facilities and technology, tuition assistance. Close to shopping. Ample opportunities to create, develop, implement.

      Cons

      This company runs very lean. You will wear 3 or four hats. Expect to put in late hours on projects.

      Lots of talented and smart people Vast learning opportunities - majority of people share information freely People from different departments work well with each other

      Cons

      Too much politics Unfair compensation for those working on weekends No work/life balance Management fail to retain talented people and fail to remove the troublemakers. Fail to reward those who REALLY work.
