Pros

Some of the people are good teammates and look after each other.

Cons

Expectations to work outside of hours Only works on huge projects with difficult clients. Processes and procedures are not clearly communicated or navigated Feels like it has changed significantly over the past few years, feels unfriendly and every day feels difficult.
