Pros

All the hours you want to work, fairly interesting projects, some very good people and resources.

Cons

Like all environmental consulting firms, Arcadis hires below your skill level. They will hire you with low-ball offer, which you will probably accept if you need a job. The potential for advancement is there, but it will take years for even one level of promotion. Be prepared to work at a level much higher than what you are getting paid for.

The company has a a broad depth of people and knowledge. The focus is on growth and being a leader in all areas.

Cons

As at any large company it can be overwhelming. As with any consulting firm there is pressure to be billable.
