Pros
Good company in terms of rescources and safety. The supply room and equipment was well maintain and you could get what you needed as long as you told the supply person ahead of time. Decent benefits and showed some concern about health and safety even though they were supposed to be. Did have office luches and events that boosted morale, if you were lucky enough to have the time to attend them.
Cons
Slave Drivers. Created a work schedule that kept you on the move so much that you barely had time to take care of it all! By the time you go back in the office you were worn out from over 12 hours a day! Thankless efforts were encountered constantly and advancement was hindered by the fact that they have you out in the field so much, you cannot learn office procedures. Definitely played favorites. Prepare to kiss a lot of butt. Expected to stay passed 6 eventhough you have been in the field since 6am (freezing or sweating to death). People with less than qualified skills or without college degrees were hired and often made more money that you. Mediocre pay, good benefits. The Brighton Office definitely butted heads with Novi. The Brighton office was far less superior and inadequate that Novi. Novi was more slave driven.
