Very strong culture, good compensation package, usually great level of autonomy, amazing career opportunities - this is meritocracy company to extreme, you can achieve unbelievable growth in a very short time in this company.

Cons

Some HR procesess are broken, management positions usually under staffed, which could result in poor work live balance.
