Small firm, good people. There is a lot of variety to learn from.

Cons

A lot of work, constant over time, no work-life balance. Not a growth mindset dept. The good performers get more and more work, whereas people who earn the same amount of money on the same position who don't perform as well get away with doing the minimum.
