Pros

A Company with a great Brand, terrific leaders from top to bottom, energized employees and a culture that's focused on acheiving business results the right way by putting its employees and customers first. The formula works if you look at the profits it turns in quarter after quarter after quarter.

Cons

Sometimes it takes too long to make decisions because we are so consensus focused. Company intranet needs rehaul-its so 2000.

Pros

Work life balance. Professional development. Culture and brand. All in all, it's a great place. There are a lot of smart people that work at the HQ (NYC), but outside of HQ I wouldn't say it's above average. Most people who move within the company from the field to HQ, don't last very long. But if you start out in NYC, then it's a great place to develop. You can move anywhere in the company every 2-3 years, which is a huge benefit. The culture encourages movement, so you can get a very broad experience.

Cons

You don't make any money until your a second level vp (band 50)
