Pros

When I first started in HR, they were a good company. Then they become corrupt in every area manageable. When tried to confront the Leaders in NY, they started to treat me poorly. The writing was on the wall.

Cons

The managerS are allowed to sexually harass their employees and HR won't do anything about it... They HATE the CFPB, they are doing anything they can to and then hide from CFPB... ironically more than 150 disabled employees have left (come to your own conclusion with that) Many employees have tried to sue for the company for harassment due to disability - but squashed due to EMPLOYEE FORCED ARBITRATION. If you go to HR to file a complaint in Florida - expect to be Fired. Amex has been fined under $1Billion from CFPB for banking violations: discrimination, deceptive advertising, illegal card practices, charged unlawful fees, failed to report consumer disputes, billing customers for services they did not receive. AMEX takes away their employee’s and merchants CIVIL RIGHTS through FORCED ARBITRATION. Currently a lawsuit, they are not paying employees for their overtime – AMEX would rather pay for a lawsuit and for lawyers than pay their employees overtime pay. Just laid off 4,000 employees. Several lawsuits in the past few years for FMLA discrimination but were all dropped after AMEX showed proof of arbitration. How do you have so many lawsuits against the disabled? No wonder Costco dropped AMEX in Canada and possibly US as well.

Worst Directors

Pros

Company is providing compensation according to industrial standards, it gives good learning opportunities as they are using some cutting edge technologies.

Cons

1. Especially I had a bad engineering director. He has no ethics not moral. He used to humiliate and give different names as he wish. He used to compare me with freshers and under knowledge people which used to pull my spirits down. 2. Anybody who has good connection with their directors act godly and trouble and humiliate you even if they are unfit to question you. 3. Inspite of working hard and met all my deadlines and in some cases completed tasks before timeline, I was dumped giving performance reasons. 4. Highly political leaders unfit to be in this industry, unfortunately they cannot survive in politics so they are here. 5. Worst work culture always everything is on priority, no effort or resource calculation. They are no where close to being agile but they call themselves as one. 6. Directors work wrt team is not checked nobody is monitoring him, he torched me almost for 7 months. I approached different support teams for help like CLR team, they are so dumb that they are unable to understand what i am saying. In the end they also supported Director inspite of providing proof of documentation and recordings. They are taking free salary.

Pros

Potential to grow in the company 401k company match GREAT employees! Got along really well with everyone

Cons

Position wears too many hats for too little pay Is not the fun role they made it out to be Training essentially made it seem like you would simply be recommending travel plans by using extensive destination knowledge, however in this role you are primarily an order taker; someone calls in and you will only be "taking their order" for hotel, flight, and car arrangements If I knew it was going to be so boring AND difficult (no room for mistakes), I would have never applied
