      Pros

      It is a great company to start your career, as you will can easily access middle and top managers to help you to develop yourself in the company. The strong culture is also a great drive to help you work your way up in the ladder.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, although they have a good HR with god benefits, employees work super hard and live to the company. Also the benefits are bellow of what it's offered by peers,

      Pros

      I worked for Ambev over 6 year and I could said that I learned every moment I spent working there. The experience was very enriching, the coworkers are very nice people, even though, Ambev is a very fast paced company.

      Cons

      Time before I went out, Ambev was buyed for the second largest beer company of Venezuela, I think this transition must been handled in a faster way and not generating a bad feeling over the working force .
