      Pros

      Amazon has cultivated a positive corporate culture. Employee benefits are excellent, and they even have their own health insurance association. Their operations are integrated with Amazon's e-commerce business, and they are able to think about IT from a user's perspective, which is a great advantage.

      Cons

      Long-serving employees have strong connections with each other, and knowing who to contact is crucial in the workplace. Even in the frequent layoffs that are currently implemented, senior employees have the information, making it difficult for newer employees to avoid them.

      Pros

      The company provide a good platform for you to learn AI and the AI infrastucture.

      Cons

      - Too many meetings, sometimes it make my work low efficiency and feel like waste time. - When doing something related to collaborate with other team, usually no response/deplay response when reaching out to that team's oncall, usually no response when sending the Sev3 ticket, only get response by sending Sev2 ticket or invite both team's manager in a chat channel. It let me feel exhausted.
