Pros

- learn an immense amount - excellent avenue for rapid career advancement - opportunities for growth when you want them

Cons

- absolutely destroyed my mental health - pressure persists even when offline and not working, it seeps into life - never enough space to recharge/recover, slow decline into burnout feels almost inevitable - stock based compensation too volatile

Pros

Strong culture (ask anyone about the Leadership Principals), attempting to stay nimble (it's always Day 1) and autonomy.

Cons

As it grows, there are so many teams doing similar things that it's hard to know what impact you're having. In the Solution Architecture org there are many teams attempting to move fast and doing similar things but held back by over-burdensome quality gates.
