Pros

-Nice people -Remote working (though there's been a change in policy and teams are being forced back to offices soon) -Competitive pay

Cons

-Systems are archaic and duct taped together -Onboarding is terrible, ramp up takes 6+ months; expectation is you train yourself by sifting through a mountain of (outdated) microsites -Unnecessarily stressful work environment -Work/life balance is really bad -Leadership Principles are conflicting; politics drives which LPs to apply to any given situation
